Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of June 23, 1999 No. 1-FKZ "About public vessels of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 26, Art. 3170; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6401; 2011, No. 7, Art. 899; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1088; 2018, No. 45, Art. 6823) following changes:

Part 4 of Article 13 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "For lack of need of functioning permanent judicial presence of district (naval) military court is abolished by the Federal Law.";

Part 3 of Article 21 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "For lack of need of functioning permanent judicial presence of garrison military court is abolished by the Federal Law.".
