1. Bring in the Procedure for representation and document creation for purpose (recalculation) of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", the approved resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of November 25, 2005 No. 22-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2005 at No. 1566/11846 (in edition of the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of July 07, 2014 No. 13-1), the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
in Item 1.1:
in the paragraph the second to replace the words "web portal or means of the Portal of Action" with the word "web portal";
add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"During action of warlike situation in Ukraine and within three next months after month in which it will be stopped or cancelled the statement for purpose (recovery) of pension and the documents necessary for purpose (updating) of pension, persons who in connection with aggression of the Russian Federation temporarily live abroad and received temporary protection or the status of the refugee (further - persons who are temporarily living abroad), can be sent by mail.";
