1. Make change to Item 1 of the Section VII of the Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and the satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against August 21, 2017 No. 3711, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2017 at No. 1104/30972, having added it after the paragraph of the twenty sixth with the subitem 13 of the following content:

"13) application of effects of negligibility of transactions based on article 38 of the Law.".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the twenty seventh - to consider the twenty ninth respectively paragraphs the twenty eighth - the thirtieth.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. And the international organizations to provide to management of public relations placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
