About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts

According to the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of April 10, 2018 No. 495 "About approval of form of the auction offer on the starting price of subjects to big privatization", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 27, 2018 at No. 513/31965;

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of October 04, 2000 No. 2074 "About approval of the Regulations on tender committee", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2000 at No. 711/4932.

2. To provide to management of big privatization of Department of privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
