About modification of Rules of development of oil and gas fields

For the purpose of optimization of instruments of state regulation in the field of geological studying and rational use of subsoil, according to article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About oil and gas", the subitem 122 of item 4 and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:

1. Bring in Rules of development of the oil and gas fields approved by the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of March 15, 2017 No. 118, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 02, 2017 at No. 692/30560, the following changes:

1) in Item 46 of the Section XIV of the word" and to approve from Gostrud" to exclude;

2) in paragraph one of Item 11 of the Section XVII of the word", approved from Gostrud" to exclude.

2. To provide to management of circular economy and subsurface use (Yuli RADCHENKO) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. (Evgenia POPOVIC) to provide to department of digital transformation and electronic public services placement of this order on the website of Mindovkolya.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Evgeny FEDORENKO.
