I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2020 No. 267 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state services in questions of documentation and registration of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 20192) the following changes:

in the Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of Passports, Identity Certificates to Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the specified order:

Term of rendering the state service

For receipt of the document in general procedure no later than 15 (fifteen) working days (day of execution of the request and acceptance of the made document does not enter rendering the state service in time).

For receipt of documents in the accelerated procedure, through the State corporation (day of execution of the request and payment of the receipt for the accelerated service does not enter rendering the state service in time):

for the cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and Aktobe – on 1 category of urgency up to 1 (one) working day, on 2 categories of urgency up to 3 (three) working days;

for the regional centers – on 1 category of urgency up to 3 (three) working days, on 2 categories of urgency up to 5 (five) working days;

for areas and the cities of areas – on 3 categories of urgency up to 7 (seven) working days.

The most allowed time for delivery of document package – 15 (fifteen) minutes; The Most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel – 30 (thirty) minutes.
