ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 190 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2019 No. 190 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:

in Regulations on the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. Location of legal address of Committee: 010000, city of Astana, area of Esil, Prospekt Mang_l_k El, house No. 8, office building "House of the ministries", entrance 7.";

49) of Item 15 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"49) realization of state policy in spheres of natural monopolies and the organization of its implementation;";

in the List of the territorial subdivisions which are maintaining Committee:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Department of Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the city of Astana.".

2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
