The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine DECIDES:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About publishing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 32, Art. 206 with the following changes):
Article 28-1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 28-1. Import and distribution of the publishing products concerning the state aggressor, the Republic of Belarus, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine
Import to customs area of Ukraine and/or distribution to its territories of the publishing products having origin or made and/or published, and / or imported from the territory of the state aggressor, the Republic of Belarus, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine (except distribution of the publishing products having origin or made and published in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine before its temporary occupation), and also the book editions containing works which authors are is forbidden or were during any period after 1991 citizens of the state aggressor, except for the former citizens of the state aggressor who are (or at the time of death were) citizens of Ukraine and have no (at the time of death had no) nationality of the state aggressor.
The publishing products published in state language of the state aggressor, which are not falling under the restrictions determined by part one of this Article and other restrictions determined by the legislation can be imported on customs area of Ukraine and is extended to its territories on condition of availability of the corresponding permission provided by this Article.
The restrictions on import of publishing products determined by parts one and the second this Article are not applied to the publishing products imported by physical persons not for the purpose of distribution on condition of respect for set of the following требований:.
