About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2016 No. 45

Based on the paragraph of the sixth of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 No. 77-Z "About quarantine and protection of plants", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. In part one of Item 10 of the Instruction on procedure for disinfecting of quarantinable objects approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2016 No. 45, of the word "and (or) the organization having the corresponding special permission (license)" shall be replaced with words "excluding use of ozone-depleting substances, and (or) in the organization, to the individual entrepreneur, having license for activities, connected with impact on the environment".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
