1. Bring in rules of work of the archive organizations of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 08, 2013 No. 656/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2013 at No. 584/23116, the following changes:

1) in Chapter 4 of Chapter VI:

in Item 4.1 the word "electronic" shall be replaced with words "online media";

add Item 4.12 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Texts of Articles prepared by archive, transfers the head of archive, etc. claims. On the copies remaining in archive note search data of promulgated documents.";

to exclude subitems 4.12.1 and 4.12.2 of Item 4.12;

2) in the text of these rules:
