Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About consumer protection" of December 9, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 12, h 1, Art. 699; 2008, No. 10, Art. 805, Art. 817; 2013, No. 12, Art. 896; 2015, No. 3, Art. 215; 2018, No. 1, Art. 28; 2021, Art. No. 1-2, 19, No. 12, h 2, Art. 720) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in paragraph eight to replace the word "construction" with the word "town-planning";

- the sixteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-safety of goods (work, services) - lack of the risk connected with possibility of damnification of life, to health or property of the consumer, and also the environment during the using, storage, transportation and utilization of goods (result of work, services) or in the course of performance of work (rendering service).".

2. Add Article 3 with part two of the following content:

"The rights of consumers are guaranteed by the law.".

4. Add Article 6 with part two of the following content:
