About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About oil and gas"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About oil and gas" of March 18, 2015 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2015, No. 3, the Art. 212) the following changes and amendments:
1. Add Article 1 with paragraphs the twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth the following content:
"-gas condensate - hydrocarbon mixture, temperatures which are under normal conditions and pressure in gaseous state and turning into liquid state without compression in case of corresponding pressure decrease and temperatures;
- liquefied natural gas - the natural gas which is artificially transferred to liquid state for convenience of storage and transportation;
- technological losses - irreversible losses of oil, gas, oil products and liquefied natural gas which result from effects of their primary physical and chemical properties, influence of meteorological factors and extent of enhancement of the applied engineering procedures, technical means and actions for economy of oil, gas, oil products and liquefied natural gas in case of production, collection, preparation, conversion (production), transportation and storage;".
5. Paragraphs two and the ninth Article 5 to state in the following edition:
"-approval of regulatory legal acts, normative and technical acts in the field of designing, investigations, opening, production, transportation, storage and turnover of gas and oil products;".

6. State Article 6 in the following edition:
