To No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2016 791, to add Item 2 of appendix 3 and item 4 of appendix 4 to the Regulations on procedure for conducting state examination of the town-planning projects, architectural, construction projects allocated in them queues of construction, start-up complexes and estimates (estimate documentation) with the paragraph of the following content:
