About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education of adults"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About education of adults" of February 24, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 1-2, of Art. 17; 2018, No. 1, Art. 18; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 710) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-educational institutions of education of adults - the public and non-state institutions which activities are directed to forming of knowledge, skills, abilities and satisfaction of cognitive and professional needs of the studying adults;";

- add with paragraphs the eighth, the ninth, tenth and eleventh the following content:

"-vocational education - enhancement of knowledge and skills necessary for successful work in system of technological and public labor division;

- the modular educational program - the document containing set of educational modules and expressing requirements to the level of mastering the studying competences, the purposes and tasks, content of education and method of the organization of educational process;

- assessment - set of processes which are used for quality evaluation of professional education and results of education by means of tools of assessment and affirm the relevant document of the state sample;

- the educational module - complete part of the educational program within which several educational rates accustom of objects or their parts and turns on one or several blocks of competence.".

2. Regarding the 2nd Article 3:

- in paragraph one to exclude the word "knowledge";

- in the paragraph the second to exclude words "technical and".
