Based on Item 2 of article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 419-Z "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" and Item 12 of appendix to this Law Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that in 2024 and 2025 using procurement procedure from one source public procurements can be conducted:
baits and services in their dispersion with use of aircraft for performing vaccination of wild carnivores against rage at Belvitunifarm open joint stock company;
biological veterinary medicines at Belvitunifarm open joint stock company and republican research affiliated unitary enterprise "Institute of experimental veterinary science of S. N. Vyshelessky".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
