About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2015 No. 128 and of September 18, 2020 No. 541

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of appointment, financing (transfer), the order and use of means of the family capital approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2015 No. 128:

in part three of Item 10 of the word "no later than the 5th" shall be replaced with words "during the first five working days";

in Item 28:

to add part one after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:

"data on recognition of child(children) being in socially dangerous provision or needing the state protection, about confiscation of child(children) at parents according to the decision of the commission on cases of minors of district, city executive committee or guardianship and custody body – concerning persons specified in paragraph four of this part in case of receipt of the statement for the early order means of the family capital;";

the second after the paragraph of the fourth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"the act of inspection of condition of premises (part of premises) which (share (shares) in the property right to which) are acquired with early use of means of the family capital on compliance (discrepancy) to the health and technical requirements established for accommodation which is carried out according to the procedure, established in Item 28-1 of this provision (further – the act of inspection), – in case of the request of citizens for the early order funds of the family capital for acquisition of premises, share (shares) in the property right to them (except for premises which construction was performed according to the state order);";

in paragraph one of part four and in word part five "third or fifth" shall be replaced with words "fourth or pole";
