About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2019 No. 812

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2019 No. 812 "About approval of requirements to arrangement of sections of highways on entrances to check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 26, the Art. 3462).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2019 No. 812

1. In word preamble "According to part 6 of article 16 of the Federal law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" to exclude.

2. In requirements to arrangement of sections of highways on the entrances to check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Hereunder as sections of highways on entrances to automobile check points are understood:

a) for the purposes of application of provisions of Items 3 - the 5th this document - the sections of highways which are adjoining automobile check points from the Russian Federation and from frontier of the Russian Federation, not exceeding everyone on the extent of 1000 meters;

b) for the purposes of application of provisions of Item 6 of this document - the sections of highways which are adjoining automobile check points from the Russian Federation, not exceeding everyone on the extent of 20000 meters.";

b) add with Item 6 of the following content:
