services of mechanization and rendering services to farmer and home farms;
the modern hothouse complexes and towns using alternative energy sources (solar, wind and geothermal);
the livestock complexes with modern technologies intended for fattening of small cattle;
the companies which are engaged in conversion of the food products which are grown up in the republic on the basis of high technologies, and the logistic centers.
To the Ministry of Agriculture (Voitov), to the Agency (Ortikov) and to Society (Otazhonov) in two-month time to provide development and approval of the five-year development strategy of Society by general shareholder meeting with involvement of the leading foreign consulting companies.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture (Voitov) and to Society (Otazhonov) for the purpose of diversification of activities of Society to adjust direct attraction of low-percentage and long-term means of the international financial institutions in the amount of at least 100 million US dollars a year.
