Article 2

2) in Article 861:

b) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. Calculations digital rubles are perfromed by transfer of digital rubles by the Bank of Russia within platform of digital ruble in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about national payment system.";

3) Item 1 of Article 862:

a) after the words "Clearing settlements" to add with words ", except for payments with digital rubles,";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Calculations digital rubles can be perfromed in the forms established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on national payment system.".
