About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan"

In view of that today on the world scene the status of our country increases more and more, especially with achievement of big victories in the field of culture, sport and science, National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan is highly hoisted in the world,

with respect thereto for the purpose of expression by citizens of the patriotic feelings and support of achievements of the Homeland, realizing the increasing need for wide use of the state symbols, including National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan,

respectively, taking into account realities of the present, offers and requirements of citizens, in view of the arising need for further enhancement of the regulations connected with use of National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan

for the purpose of expansion of cases of use of National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan by physical persons and legal entities with providing due respect, in particular provisions of possibility of drawing the image of National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan on outerwear in the decorative purposes or for determination of belonging to Uzbekistan,

providing determination of specific cases of non-admission of the disrespectful relation to National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan,

for the purpose of ensuring wide use of National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan and further strengthening of pride and love for the country this Law is adopted.

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 18, 1991 No. 407-XII "About National flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1992, No. 1, Art. 27; Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 5, Art. 124; 2005, No. 1, Art. 18; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 12, Art. 473; 2017, No. 9, Art. 510; 2019, No. 2, Art. 47, No. 9, Art. 589; 2021, appendix to No. 4) following changes and amendments:
