1. Item 6 of the Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of civil appointment including which are built in or being part of other goods (appendix No. 15 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission from April 21, 2015 No. 30), to state in the following edition:

"6. Import of radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices by physical persons in goods quality for private use is performed in case of representation of state member of the Union to customs authority (further - state member) the conclusions (the allowing document), except as specified, specified in paragraphs second and third this Item.

The return import to customs area of the Union of the radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices by physical persons in goods quality for private use which are earlier temporarily exported from customs area of the Union is performed in case of representation to customs authority of the state member of the passenger customs declaration which is drawn up when exporting of the specified radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices and containing their identification signs (the name, model and strip of radio frequency).

Import by physical persons in goods quality for private use of the radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices included in the unified register or in the list provided by appendix No. 2 to this Provision is performed without representation of conclusion state member to customs authority (the allowing document) and the passenger customs declaration.".
