About classification of air cooling agent of liquid (draykuler) according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to paragraph 1 of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. The air cooling agent of liquid (draykuler) consisting of the case in which the tubular heat exchanger and the fan intended for chilling of liquid in the heat exchanger by passing of the air of the environment forced by the fan (fans) are placed via the heat exchanger and applied in the industry to chilling of processing equipment, and also in systems of ventilation and air conditioning according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 is classified in subline item 8419 89 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
