About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee"

In recent years in our country the large-scale reforms aimed at the further development of business activity and competitive environment, ensuring reliable consumer protection and full support of subjects of entrepreneurship are realized.

At the same time there is need of release of the relevant state bodies from payment of the state fee in case of the appeal to courts with claims, statements and claims concerning development of competitive environment and consumer protection, collection of the borrowing facilities submitted by the state to subjects of entrepreneurship and which are not returned in time.

This Law provides release of Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State fund of support of business activity under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan from payment of the state fee in case of the appeal to courts.

This Law will serve the direction of the funds saved from payment of the state fee allocated to the relevant state bodies for the appeal to courts for development of entrepreneurship, ensuring more reliable protection of the rights of subjects of entrepreneurship and consumers.
