About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of the legislation in the field of insolvency
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About insolvency" practice of financial improvement of economically insolvent companies by application of procedures of insolvency is enhanced.
The rights of judicial managing directors when carrying out processes of insolvency are expanded, including the procedure for use of the services rendered through the centers of the state services without implementation of advance payment, payment procedure of remuneration and additional stimulation of judicial managing directors is determined.
In this regard for the purpose of further enhancement and reduction in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About insolvency" regulations of acts of the legislation in the field of:
1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix, providing:
reduction of the concepts connected with insolvency, applied in decrees and resolutions in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About insolvency";
application of the procedure of insolvency to physical persons in connection with implementation of the procedure of their insolvency.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
