About modification of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, the following changes:

a) to state the paragraph of the sixth of Item 6 in the following edition:

"The goods containing the intellectual property items included in the national customs register of intellectual property items of state member of the Union (further - the customs register of intellectual property items) in which these goods are located under customs procedure, and (or) the unified customs register of intellectual property items of state members of the Union, are declared separately from the goods which are not containing the intellectual property items included in the specified register (registers).";

b) in Item 15:

subitem 29 to state the paragraph of the seventh (after the table) in the following edition:

"in case of declaration of goods, containing the intellectual property items included in the customs register of intellectual property items and (or) the unified customs register of intellectual property items of state members of the Union in addition registration number (numbers) of intellectual property item in connection therewith the register (registers) is specified (in the presence). Instruction of several registration numbers when giving DT in the form of the electronic document is performed by filling of the corresponding details of structure of DT, and when giving DT in document type on paper - through comma.";

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than April 1, 2025.
