About application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations

The state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which further are referred to as with state members

based on the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017,

recognizing need of development of economic integration within the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union),

aiming at expansion of use of modern technical and technology solutions under the organization of transportations for the territories of state members, and also at minimization of application of measures customs and other types of the state control concerning the goods transported on customs area of the Union

wishing to provide legal turnover of goods in the domestic market of the Union,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement concepts which mean the following are used:

"activation of navigation seal" - statement of the imposed navigation seal on control in information system of the national operator and the beginning of observation of subject to tracking;

"deactivation of navigation seal" - removal of the imposed navigation seal from control in information system of the national operator and completion of observation of subject to tracking;

"short circuit of element of sealing of navigation seal" - turning on of the control system of integrity of element of sealing of navigation seal with use of opportunities of information system of the national operator which can be performed as far off, and with use of the special device;

"monitoring body" - state body (organization) of state member as which according to the legislation of this state member implementation of the state control (supervision) enters;

"observation of subject to tracking" - process of acceptance and the information processing (including information on emergency situations and (or) unauthorized actions) arriving from navigation seal;
