Article 29.1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 29.1. Production (catch) of anadromous species of fish in internal waters of the Russian Federation and in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation
1. Production (catch) in internal waters of the Russian Federation and in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation of anadromous species of fish which list affirms federal executive body in the field of fishery is performed by the legal entities or individual entrepreneurs specified regarding 3rd article 16 of this Federal Law, communities of indigenous ethnic groups of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation based on the agreement, the stipulated in Article 33.3 presents of the Federal Law, by persons belonging to indigenous ethnic groups of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation and also the citizens performing amateur fishery.
2. Production (catch) of anadromous species of fish in internal waters of the Russian Federation and in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation is performed by persons specified regarding 1 this Article according to decisions of the commission on regulation of the production (catch) of anadromous species of fish specified in part 7 of this Article.
