1. "116-1) based on the proposal of the first head of military, special educational institution of Armed Forces approves the goods prices (works, services) military, special educational institution provided on paid basis;

116-2) in coordination with the central authorized body on budgetary planning approves rules of rendering the services by the public institution of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan specializing in area of airport activities, answering their authorized purpose and not relating to their main activities and uses of money from realization of such services;
