"Items 1 - 7" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1.4 of Article 1 of the word "Items 1 - 6";

2) in Article 4:

a) add with parts 4.1 - 4.3 following of content:

"4.1. The subject of transport infrastructure or carrier determines the personnel of the subject of transport infrastructure or carrier which are directly connected with ensuring transport safety and also persons responsible for ensuring transport safety in the subject of transport infrastructure, on object of transport infrastructure, the vehicle.

4.2.
