2. The order of the Minister of Finance of N109 of December 2, 2002. "About approval of the Regulations on the status, the rights and obligations of contractors of the budget" (2002, Art. N178-181, 407) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication.
