Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 1992 No. 1547-XII "About the status of the deputy of local council of deputies" the following changes:
1. In part one of Article 1 and Article 3 of the word of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislations".
2. In Article 2:
to exclude from the name of Article of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in the text of Article of the word "Legislation of the Republic of Belarus" and "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with the words "Legislation" and "legislations".
3. To state part one of Article 4 in the following edition:
"Term of office of the deputy of Council - five years if other is not provided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.".
4. In Article 5:
to exclude from part one of the word "Republic of Belarus";
third to state part in the following edition:
"The chairman of the board shall observe restrictions, stipulated by the legislation about fight against corruption, and the restrictions connected with the public civil service, established by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and other legal acts taking into account the features established by this Law.";
after part three to add Article with part of the following content:
"The deputy of Council shall observe restrictions, stipulated by the legislation about fight against corruption.";
the fifth to exclude part.
5. In Article 6:
in part one:
in paragraphs three, the fourth and tenth to replace the words "acts of the Republic of Belarus" with the word "acts" in the corresponding case;
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
