"Article 6.1. Federal scientific and methodical council on preserving and state protection of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation
1. Federal scientific and methodical council on preserving and the state protection of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation (further - Council) is permanent collegiate advisory body in case of the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of preserving, use, promoting and the state protection of objects of cultural heritage (further also - federal body of protection of objects of cultural heritage).
2. The structure of Council is created of representatives of federal body of protection of objects of cultural heritage, and also from among scientists and specialists in the field of preserving, including restoration, objects of cultural heritage, museum case, archeology, architecture and town planning. Regulations on Council and structure of Council affirm federal body of protection of objects of cultural heritage.
3. The main objectives of Council are:
