Article 1

1) in Item of 1 part two of Article 34.3 of the word "electronic image of the will or power of attorney" shall be replaced with words "electronic image of the notarial document (the will, the power of attorney, the order about cancellation of the will, order about cancellation of the power of attorney)";

Part third of Article 38 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Data on the certificate or cancellation of the will or the power of attorney in electronic form with accession of electronic image of the notarial document certified by the authorized consular official (wills, powers of attorney, orders about cancellation of the will, order about cancellation of notarially certified power of attorney or the power of attorney made in simple written form) signed by the qualified digital signature of the authorized consular official shall be signed by the qualified digital signature of the authorized consular official and are directed by consular department of diplomatic representation of the Russian Federation or consular establishment of the Russian Federation in which the authorized consular official who certified the relevant notarial document works using the certified means of cryptographic information security through the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the international relations of the Russian Federation, in Federal notarial chamber according to the procedure, approved by federal body of justice, within five working days from the date of making of notarial action for entering of such data and the attached electronic image of the relevant notarial document into the register of notarial actions of unified information system of notariate. The federal notarial chamber enters such data and the attached electronic image of the relevant notarial document in the register of notarial actions of unified information system of notariate within two working days from the date of their receipt.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
