About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply"

Article 1. Article 13 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About gas supply" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Art. 563; 2004, No. 7, Art. 505; 2007, No. 5, Art. 442; 2009, No. 10, the Art. 768, 2010, No. 5, the Art. 374, 2011, No. 4, the Art. 262, No. 12, of the Art. of 1991, 2017, No. 6, the Art. 1018, 2018, No. 3, the Art. 380, No. 4, the Art. 634, 2019, No. 11, the Art. 701, of 2022, No. 4, Articles 292, No. 7, Articles 696, of 2023, No. 2, Articles 198) to add with part of 10-1 following content:

"10-1. Accession to gas distribution network of gas installations of construction objects which construction requires permission according to the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic, but which are constructed is forbidden or are under construction without receipt of such permission and also to which the notifying procedure is applied, but the constructed or under construction without the basis for construction, stipulated in Article 80.4 of this Code.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2023.
