Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of the rights of entrepreneurs" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 8, Art. 890; 2016, No. 3, Article 428, No. 11, Article 1768, No. 12, Article 2016, 2017, No. 5, Article 739, 2018, No. 11, Articles 2187, 2200, 2019, No. 1, Article 29, No. 2, Article 201, No. 6, Article 1005, 2020, No. 7, Article 857, 2021, No. 5, Article 429, 2022, No. 7, Article 698, the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 812-VIQD of February on February 17, 2023):

1. Under Article 1:

1.1. Add with Articles 1.1.2-1 and 1.1.2-2 of the following content:

"1.1.2-1. object of check - for the purposes of checks, depending on the direction of control, are:

1.1.2-1.1. activities of the entrepreneur for delivery of goods, performance of works and rendering services for which mandatory requirements are determined;

1.1.2-1.2. the property (including the site, floor space) belonging to the entrepreneur on the property right and on other legal cause and concerning which mandatory requirements in connection with implementation of business activity, and also structural division of the entrepreneur are determined;

1.1.2-1.3. the goods, works and services belonging to the entrepreneur and concerning which mandatory requirements are established;

1.1.2-2. close relatives are spouses, parents, children, grandmothers, grandfathers, grandsons, biological both the stepbrothers and sisters, adoptive parents adopted;";

1.2. In Article 1.1.5 of the word "risks assessment" shall be replaced with words "risk management";
