Article 1. Bring in the Water code of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2014 the following changes:

Item 1 of article 27 after words "deepening of bottom" to add with words "the rivers, stream, the lake, except for objects of defense, military infrastructure, infrastructure facilities of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, objects connected with accomplishment of urgent dredging and vypravitelny works on inland waterways, objects of melioration on which water intakes and the main channels are recovered to project parameters".
2. In subitem 4.3 of item 4 of Article 47 of the word "to users of the parcels of land and (or)" shall be replaced with words to "land users and (or) users".
