Article 1. Carry the May gold deposit located in the territory of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug to objects, right to use by which it can be granted on the terms of the Section of products.
Article 2. The object specified in article 1 of this Federal Law belongs to the list of subsoil plots, including mineral deposits concerning which since day of entry into force of this Federal Law negotiations can be held and be signed agreements on searches, exploration and production of mineral raw materials on the terms of the Section of products.
Article 3. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
