Article 1. Terminate the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ukraine on avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of the tax avoidance concerning taxes on the income and property signed in Ashgabat on December 24, 1993.
Article 2. Declare invalid the Resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 1994 No. 3313-XII "About ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of Ukraine about avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax avoidance concerning taxes on the income and property".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2023.
