1) in Article 11.1:

a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 5 of the word of "hundred rubles" "five hundred rubles";

b) add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. The violation provided by part 5 of this Article, made in the federal city of Moscow or St. Petersburg or in the Moscow or Leningrad region -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty in the amount of one thousand five hundred rubles.";

c) in paragraph one of part 6 of the word "parts 1 - 5" shall be replaced with words "parts 1 - 5.1";
