1. in Article 9.1 of the word "with appendix of the reference certifying passing of physical examination according to Article 13.3 of this Code" shall be replaced with words "taking into account requirements of article 11 of this Code".

"12.0.3-1. persons which did not undergo physical examination, stipulated in Article the 13th of this Code;".
