Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About water supply and sewage" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 2; 2007, No. 5, Article 436; 2008, No. 5, Article 348; 2009, No. 10, Article 768; 2010, No. 5, Article 374; 2011, No. 4, Article 263; 2012, No. 6, Article 505; 2014, No. 6, Article 617; 2016, No. 12, Article 1992; 2018, No. 5, Article 854; 2019, No. 6, Article 989; 2021, No. 5, Article 429; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 17, 2023 No. 816-VIQD) to make the following changes:

1.1. add Article 24 with part 6 of the following content:

"6. Connection to network of water supply of construction objects on which according to the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic permission, but which are built is required is forbidden or are under construction without receipt of such permission, and also construction objects to which notifying production, but which are built is applied or are under construction without the basis, stipulated in Article 80.4 specified the Code, at the time of the beginning of construction works.";

1.2. add Article 37 with part 4 following of content:

"4. Connection to sewer network of construction objects on which according to the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic permission, but which are built is required is forbidden or are under construction without receipt of such permission, and also construction objects to which notifying production, but which are built is applied or are under construction without the basis, stipulated in Article 80.4 specified the Code, at the time of the beginning of construction works.".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2023.
