- add Item 3 with the subitem 11 of the following content:

"11) domestic manufacturer of goods - the physical persons or legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic making goods in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic or making the last transactions with goods for giving to these goods of consumer properties and performing the legal obligations of the manufacturer of these goods having the certificate of origin issued by authorized body.";
