Item 2 of Article 89 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. In case of refusal from such support and lack of the agreement between spouses on payment of the alimony have the right to demand provision of the alimony judicially from other spouse having means necessary for this purpose:

the disabled needing spouse;

the wife during pregnancy;

the spouse who is actually performing care of the general child within three years from the date of its birth;

the needing spouse actually performing care of the general handicapped child before achievement of eighteen years by the child of age or for the general handicapped child since the childhood of the I group.";

Item 1 of Article 90 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Have the right to demand provision of the alimony judicially from the former spouse having means necessary for this purpose:

the ex-wife during the pregnancy which occurred during marriage;

the former spouse who is actually performing care of the general child within three years from the date of its birth;

the needing former spouse actually performing care of the general handicapped child before achievement of eighteen years by the child of age or for the general handicapped child since the childhood of the I group;

the disabled needing former spouse who became disabled before annulment of marriage or within year from the moment of annulment of marriage;

the needing former spouse who reached retirement age not later than in five years from the moment of annulment of marriage if spouses were married long time.".
