in the Regulations on state registration of the rights to production of sand-gravel mix and loams approved by the above-stated resolution:
- third Item 7 to state the paragraph to the following edition:
"-shall not exceed 1 hectare in case of production of sand-gravel mix and loams on condition of pit depth no more than two meters from natural relief of surface, and in beds of the rivers or on coast of the rivers and other reservoirs shall not exceed 0,1 of hectare;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
