About modification of some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning carrying out calculations and payments in foreign currency

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision "About Clearing Settlements in the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 8, 2021 No. 2021-P-14/68-7-(PS) the following change:

in the Provision "About Clearing Settlements in the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 88 in the following edition:

"88. All calculations with use of bank payment cards in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic shall be perfromed in national currency.

Calculations with use of bank payment cards for payments for services of online casino and electronic (virtual) casinos, and also other types of service of gambling activities which can be performed by subjects of gambling activities on the Internet based on the license granted according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic can be performed in national and (or) foreign currencies.

Service prices shall be specified in som and without binding to the foreign exchange rate, except for delivery agreements of the exported services when the payment currency is determined by the agreement of the parties.".
