About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the address of government securities as which issuer the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic acts
For the purpose of creation of the conditions promoting forming of liquidity in case of placement and the address of government securities as which issuer the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic acts according to Article 182 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, article 50 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the security market" articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on requirements imposed to activities of stock exchanges in the security market" of May 13, 2011 on No. 214 the following changes:
in Regulations on requirements imposed to activities of stock exchanges in the security market approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Chapter 1 with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. According to internal documents of stock exchange other persons, except persons having the right to implementation of broker and/or dealer activities according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic can be allowed to the biddings with securities as which issuer the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic acts.";
- add Item 3 with subitems 10 and 11 of the following content:
"10) the bidder with government securities - the person conforming to requirements and admitted to trading according to internal documents of stock exchange;
