Article 1

Bring 453 parts one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation in Item 3 of Article (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2015, to No. 10, the Art. 1412) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"3. In case of change or agreement cancelation of the obligation are considered changed or stopped from the moment of agreement signature of the parties about change or about agreement cancelation if other does not follow from the agreement.

In case of change or agreement cancelation judicially obligations are considered changed or stopped from the moment of the introduction in legal force of the judgment about change or about agreement cancelation if this decision does not provide date with which obligations reckon respectively changed or stopped. Such date is determined by court proceeding from being of the agreement and (or) nature of consequence in law of its change, but cannot be before date of approach of the circumstances which formed the basis for change or agreement cancelation.".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Provisions of Item 3 of Article 453 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (in edition of this Federal Law) are applied to the agreements signed about day of entry into force of this Federal Law if by day of entry into force of this Federal Law of the obligation under such agreements did not stop and concerning such agreements the judgments about change or about agreement cancelation are not passed.
