Make changes to Item 5 of the Appendix 1 to the Procedure for stop of registration of tax superimposed / calculating adjustment in the Unified register of tax delivery notes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 2019 No. 1165 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020), having stated it in the following edition:
"5. the taxpayer - the legal entity has no open accounts in bank / the non-bank payment service provider, except accounts in treasury (except budgetary institutions).".
