For the purpose of direction possibility in public authorities of the city of Moscow, local government bodies, to officials of the specified bodies, in the public and local government offices and other organizations to which implementation in the city of Moscow of publicly significant functions is assigned and to their officials of addresses of citizens, associations of citizens, including legal entities, in the form of electronic documents with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the Single portal), and also the directions the specified bodies, organizations, the organizations and their officials of answers to such addresses for the address (the unique identifier) of personal account of person who sent the corresponding appeal on the Single portal use the regional portal of the state and municipal services. The procedure for information exchange of the Single portal with the regional portal of the state and municipal services in the case provided by this Article is established by the agreement between the operator of the Single portal and the city of Moscow.".
