About development of business activity in the field of preschool education and additional measures for increase in scope of children preschool education
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" and the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2026 approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2026" of October 12, 2021 No. 435, of increase in scope of children preschool education and developments of services of provision of preschool education according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine that:
- legal entities and physical persons (individual entrepreneurs) perform educational sales activity of programs of preschool education on the basis of the notification sent to authorized state body in the field of education;
- services of preschool education can be provided in premises by individual entrepreneurs according to the minimum requirements of sanitary and fire safety of conditions of stay of children under the organization of services of preschool education;
- the authorized tax authority till June 1 of the year following after accounting year sends the received data in the form of the electronic document to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1-1. Approve the notification procedure about provision of services of preschool education according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of basic tax amount on the basis of the patent on types of activity" of February 18, 2022 No. 84 the following amendment:
- to add appendix 2 to the above-stated resolution with Item 26-1 of the following content:
